Q: What is the Estalla Electric Gua Sha?

A: The Estalla Electric Gua Sha is an all-in-one facial tool that combines EMS muscle stimulation, hot & cold dual modes, and red, blue, and purple LED light therapy. It's designed to depuff, sculpt, firm, and glow-up your skin — all in 10 minutes at home.

Q: What does EMS do?

A: EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. It sends gentle micro-current pulses into your facial muscles, stimulating them the same way exercise stimulates your body. Over time this helps lift and firm the face naturally.

Q: What do the different LED lights do?

A: Red light targets fine lines and loss of firmness. Blue light calms acne-prone and irritated skin. Purple light combines both for sensitive skin that needs balance.

Q: What's the difference between hot and cold mode?

A: Hot mode warms the skin to relax tension, open pores, and help your serums absorb deeper. Cold mode tightens, soothes, and reduces puffiness — perfect for mornings.

Q: Can I use it on my body too?

A: Yes! The device works on your face, neck, décolletage, and body.

Q: How do I charge it?

A: The device charges via USB — just plug it in like your phone. Simple.

USING THE DEVICE

Q: Do I need to use it with a serum or oil?

A: Yes, always apply a serum or facial oil before using. This helps the device glide smoothly and allows your products to absorb much deeper into the skin.

Q: How often should I use it?

A: For best results use it 5–7 times a week for 5–10 minutes. Consistency is everything — think of it like working out for your face.

Q: When will I see results?

A: Most people notice less puffiness and smoother skin within the first few days. More significant lifting and sculpting results typically show after 3–4 weeks of consistent use.

Q: Is it safe for sensitive skin?

A: Yes. Start on the lowest intensity setting and work your way up as your skin adjusts. If you have any active skin conditions or medical concerns, consult your doctor before use.

A: We currently ship within the United States only.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: We process orders quickly, so contact us immediately at hello@estalla.store if you need to make a change. We'll do our best but can't guarantee changes once an order is being processed.

RETURNS & PAYMENTS

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Email us at hello@estella.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify's payment system. We never store your payment details.
